A Recipe for Spring (...when it comes)

This month we are delighted to be featured in our local magazine the Killearn Courier. Local community is important to us and we are so happy to be able to share our recipes throughout the community & are even happier if people are willing to share their end product of our recipes with us!


With Spring maybe, possibly, hopefully on its way, we thought our Thai Fishcake Recipe would be a good one to share with you. These fishcakes are super fresh & flavoursome & work perfectly for lunch or as a starter with a good salad & sweet chilli sauce.
